Shipping & Returns
- UK: £5 for standard delivery. Orders placed between Monday to Thursday by 2pm will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, and delivery will take 1-2 working days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday
- Ireland and Europe: £19.99. Orders placed between Monday to Thursday by 2pm will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, and delivery will take 3-5 working days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday
- USA and Canada: £25. Orders placed between Monday to Thursday by 2pm will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, and delivery will take 5 to 7 working days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- Rest of World: £60. Orders placed between Monday to Thursday by 2pm will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, and delivery will take 10-15 working days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday
Please Note:
- Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude any holidays including Bank Holidays. We ship from the UK meaning that when ordering from overseas these holidays may differ.
- When pre-ordering the delivery beings on the date of dispatch specified on the individual item page not the date of purchase.
- For orders overseas duties and tax charges are pre-paid by us.
Returning damaged or incorrect items.
If when you receive your order the item/s are damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receipt by email and provide photographic proof. We will send you a replacement or refund your order.
Returning Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receipt and provide the reason for your return. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging and without damage. Please note that we will not cover the cost of returning unwanted items, this must be paid by the customer.
Return Instructions
If you are returning small items/orders please return at a local postal office to the returns address below. Once you have sent the return please keep proof postage and receipt. Send a photo of this to info@camalents.com and we will refund theses costs once we have received the item/s if eligible.
For larger items/orders we will send you a returns label via email for the return to be picked up from the delivery address and sent back to us. Please note with this service the customer will have to be at the delivery address for the return to be collected. If the item being returned is damaged or incorrect this will be free of charge however if the item being returned is unwanted charges will be deducted from your refund. These charges will differ per country therefore charges will be discussed before the return is made.
Please do not return any items without informing us before hand.
